Do I need to sign a yearly contract to use any of your services?
No, we do not use contracts. You are free to cancel your service at any time for any reason.

How often will you come by to mow my lawn?
We adjust our schedule to mow your lawn only when it needs it. This can range from every 7 to 14 days
depending on how fast it is growing. We will also follow requests for only weekly or bi-weekly mowing.

Is your business insured?
Yes, our company is fully insured. Proof of Insurance will be provided upon request.

When do I pay for the services provided?
Service is billed at the end of each month. Payment is due by the end of the next month.

How can I pay my bill?
You will receive a return envelope with your bill. You can mail a check, cash or money order to:

You can also pay your bill with a credit card online through our website’s link to Google checkout.

Will you provide my contact information to any other companies?
No, client information is kept confidential and will not be used or sold for any other purpose.

Do you provide any discounts for multiple properties?
Yes, we work with many Realtors, Property Managers and others with multiple properties or commercial
service needs. We will give volume discounts with the ability to add or subtract lawns at any time. We can
also provide a single, per lawn rate for those with 10 or more properties. Please contact us for more
